About Institution

Nestled on the slopes of Diamond Head along the southern shores of Oahu, Kapi’olani Community College is conveniently located minutes away from world-famous Waikiki Beach and is one of 10 campuses in the University of Hawai’i system. Kapi’olani is a two-year accredited educational institution offering associate degrees and certificates in more than 22 fields, including specialties in Culinary Arts, Travel & Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Education, Health Science, New Media Arts, Information Technology, STEM and Liberal Arts. With a major emphasis on international education, Kapi’olani serves over 700 international students from more than 40 countries and over 8,000 total students. As a comprehensive community college, Kapi’olani has many programming strengths, including programs in English as a Second Language (ESL) and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). We also offered a unique undergraduate Bachelor’s Degree Pathway program.
